Free Online Yoga for All Levels - Every Saturday morning in March!
Melt away the stresses of the week by doing yoga wherever you have an internet connection! These 1-hour classes are gentle, accessible, and suitable for all-levels!
• All-levels – complete beginners to advanced yogis are welcome!
• Participants must be 16 years of age or older. Participants under 18 must have permission from a legal guardian to participate.
• Advanced Registration is required!
• Link to the online Zoom class will be available on this Eventbrite page and will be emailed to all participants before the day before the class.
You will need:
- A computer, laptop, tablet, or phone with Zoom installed and a fast internet connection. Your device should have speakers or you can use wireless headphones. A camera is not required.
- A yoga mat
- Water
- Yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are also encouraged!
- You don't need a large space to practice - as long as your mat fits and you can stretch out your arms in all directions, you are good to go!
- You are welcome to play your own music during the class. All participants will be muted.
